




This is a preview of a day in the Rice Diet of Central Florida. This schedule is liable to change, but represents an approximation of what can be expected.
| 7:30am-9:00am: | Medical check-in, weight, blood pressure, and then Breakfast. |
| 9:00am-10:00am: | Lecture on diet related issues. |
| 10:00am-10:30am: | Exercise (low impact exercises), tai chi, other demonstrations. |
| 10:30am-11:30am: | Exercise/walking time/free time. |
| 11:30am-1:00pm: | Lunch. |
| 1:00pm-2:00pm: | Questions/complaints/suggestions…answer sessions a few times a week. |
| 2:00pm-2:30pm: | Relaxation techniques, discussing obesity related social issues, the role of stress in emotional overeating. |
| 2:30pm-5:00pm: | Walking/exercise/reading/meditating/free time. |
| 5:00pm-6:30pm: | Dinner. |
| 6:30pm and after: | Walking/evening entertainment/diary input/computer time/relaxation, etc. |
