The Rice Diet will be administered and medically supervised by Dr. Douglas Sprung, as an extension of the dietary management of obesity and other medical illnesses, provided through the Gastroenterology Group.

Program Facility

All aspects of the Rice Diet program take place at the suite of the Gastroenterology Group dedicated to the Rice Diet at 205 Loraine Drive in Altamonte Springs, FL, including patient exams, weigh-ins, medical checks, lectures and all other activities.

The center is conveniently located near many hotels, walking areas, indoor exercise facilities and an indoor, air-conditioned mall that can serve as a place to do walking exercise during inclement weather. Dr. Sprung and his staff provide all aspects of the education and material services for the Rice Diet program.
